The delivery will be arranged by Polya through a nominated courier appointed at the time of order. Where delivery is not required collections must be made on the specified date as agreed by Polya and the customer, should this not be the case Polya reserve the right to redistribute goods to other customers and re-negotiate an alternative collection date. Inspection Transit & Non-Delivery The customer must inspect the products as soon as is reasonably possible after delivery and shall, within 5 days of delivery give notice to Polya in detail of: "Any Defect in the product that is apparent on reasonable examination in this case Polya shall at its discretion, replace the product or refund the purchase price. In any event the customer must refuse product delivered to it in a damaged condition: "Any shortfall in the quantity of products delivered. In this case Polya at its discretion deliver the undelivered product or refund the price of the undelivered products: If the customer fails to give any such notice, the products shall be conclusively presumed to be, in all respects, in accordance with the order and free from apparent defects, and the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the product accordingly. Storage Polya will at there discretion notify the customer when the goods will be ready for collection. In the event of any delay in collection of the goods due to any act or default of the customer for any reason whatsoever Polya shall have the right to charge the customer storage and insurance in relation to the Good's. |
